Q) What's the next step after emailing and contacting you?

A) After emailing us, schedule a free project consultation on the time and date that best suits your availability. We'll then hop on a phone call or video chat to get to know each other—and discuss your wedding in more detail.

PACKAGE QUESTIONS

Q) How many videographers will be at our wedding?

A) In order to film your wedding correctly, most of our packages include two videographers. This ensures that you will have amazing coverage of all the important elements of your wedding day.

Q) Is it possible to add 1-2 hours to the coverage? If so, what is the additional cost?

A) Our wedding coverage usually lasts about 7-10 hours, but if you would like to customize a package to add or reduce coverage, it is $75 - $100/HR per photographer or videographer.

Q) What is a wedding trailer? (aka wedding teaser) 

A) A wedding trailer is a way for me to give you a quick sneak peek of what your wedding edit is looking like. This trailer usually comes out 1-2 months after your wedding. The trailer is meant to share on social media and to remind your guest of the final highlight to come. 

Q) Can we use popular music?

A) Preferably no. In order to comply with copyright rules and edit your video correctly, we would need an instrumental and standard track which I can only get from individual websites. If there’s a song that you are strongly set on, we may be able to choose that song, but that is something we can discuss over time. 

Q) Where do you get your music and do we get to choose the song?

A) We draw all of our music from a website called the thmusicbed.com. Once your highlight is close to being finished I will send you 4 to 5 song options I feel go well with your wedding video. At that point, you will approve 1 or all songs, and then I move forward with your final edit. If you do not like any of the options, we go back to the drawing board and continue looking. My main goal is for both of you to love your song and wedding video. 

Q) What is a 1 Minute Instagram Highlight?

A) A 1-minute highlight is a condensed version of your 4-minute highlight which shows lots of key moments of your wedding. Great to share on Instagram and other social media outlets. This highlight will also be finished 3-5 months after your wedding.

Q) What is a cinematic highlight?

A) A Cinematic Highlight is a longer highlight which is 7+ minutes set to, two ambient songs. It will have a lot of the same elements as your 4-minute highlight. However, it will have more substance from your ceremony and speeches. All of the in-depth techniques are used for this edit as well.

Q) How long does it take to finish our video?

A) I spend many hours editing over a period of 3-5 months to finish your video. As you saw in my sample videos, they are highly edited. I allow changes to the final video only if mistakes were made on our part.

Q) How much is your deposit? When do I pay you the remaining balance?

A) The deposit is 20% of your package cost and non-refundable ($500 - $1000) . The remaining balance must be paid four weeks before the wedding date unless discussed otherwise.

Q) Do you have a payment option?

A) Yes! Understanding weddings can get expensive we have created a payment option to allow for the remaining balance to be paid after the wedding during we edit.

Q) Is there an early payment discount? 

A) Yes. Pay in full six months before your wedding and save $100 off 

Q) What are the forms of payments you accept?

A) Check, Cash, Zelle transfer (Chase & BofA), Venmo App, SquareCash App.

Q) Do we get all RAW video.

A) Yes. If requested.

Q) What does our final package look like and whats inside of it?

A. Your final package will contain a flash drive with some printed photos inside as well. The majority of all the raw videos and audio will be inside of the flash drive (64GB-128GB). All of your final edits will be in a folder labeled “Final Video.” Your package should arrive 3-5 months after your wedding. 

Q) How long have you been filming weddings?

A) 2022 will be our 9th year! We shot our first wedding June 2013
